At Black Swan we aim to despatch goods within 48 hours within receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability.
Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding.
We can not accept any responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing late delivery.
Any products that are ordered made to measure will take up to 10 days to be merchandised .
Please note that we do not dispatch goods on weekend ( Friday and Saturday ) .
After placing an order, once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
All items are shipped directly from our atelier in Dubai , UAE. If you have further queries, please contact us and we can provide the shipping tracking number of your purchase.

Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by our atelier. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel, but you may return your order. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship worldwide via Aramex , DHL and EmPost in selected countries. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm. Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Black Swan can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
